The first meeting of 2012 for the Hawaii Farmers Union United included the popular Chef's Corner. Kicking the year off was Chef Justin Pardo, co-owner of the Market Fresh Bistro in Makawao, Maui, Hawaii. Known for his use of almost all (any he can get) local produce.
For tonight's segment of Chef's Corner, Chef Justin Pardo gave his recipes and tips for Rhubarb Chutney.
